ZIP FILES: Some of
our videos or content may be delivered in a .zip format. This
most likely will be the case when purchases photos or bundled video sets. To unzip in Windows
XP or Vista simply "right click" on the downloaded zip file and
select "extract all" depending on the file size it could take
several minutes.

VIDEO FORMAT: All
our videos are recorded in HD and released WMV HD files. This is
the most common Windows based video format and no extra codec's
are needed to play these videos

CHOPPY VIDEO / NO AUDIO:
If you find that the video is choppy when playing or
there is not sound this could be caused by two reasons. First
you computer may not have enough power to play these large HD
Hi-Res video files. Secondly you may need to update your Windows
Media Player (we recommend MediaPlayer 11)

FAILED DOWNLOADS:
Our software allows for 11 download attempts per video file. If
for some reason all 11 fail let us know and we will reset your
downloads for you ::PLEASE NOTE:: Download managers can cause
your downloads to fail. Please download files with out a
download manager

CUSTOM REQUESTS: if
there is something you would like us to make and add to our
store just let us know. This includes sending our girls clothing
of your choice that you would like to see them wear.
